Secure the item so that it does not get damaged during transport.
We send the address for returning the goods by e-mail.
Remember that:
The product intended for exchange must be new and show no signs of use.
The cost of returning the item to the store is covered by the buyer.
The processing time for an exchange may take up to 14 business days.
Products customized at the customer’s request (e.g., narrowed chest, extended back, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The item must show no signs of use.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Article 38(1) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
Refund
In the case of withdrawal from the contract:
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement.
We refund the amount for the product and the cost of the cheapest available delivery option.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been shipped.
We will refund the payment using the same method used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.
The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics and functionality. In such cases, we reserve the right to seek compensation in accordance with applicable regulations.
Return of goods – shipping
The returned item must be sent back no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is considered met if the package is shipped before it expires.
The cost of returning the item is covered by the Buyer.
