Order Processing Time

We process orders paid online within 1 to 7 business days, counting from the moment the payment is credited to our account.

For larger orders or products made to individual specifications, the processing time may be slightly longer and can take up to 10 business days.

Attention! When paying by traditional transfer, the time of receiving the parcel is extended by the time of transfer.

Delivery time

For international shipments, we use the services of Poczta Polska and DPD courier.

Delivery time depends on the carrier, type of shipment and recipient's address.
