Information obligation
Due to the fact that, as of 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), is in force,
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of this Regulation, I inform you that:

- The Controller processes the following categories of your personal data: first and last name, street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country, contact phone number, email address, company name, and tax identification number (NIP). This data is obtained from you when you place an order and at later stages of its processing.
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with the Controller on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the above Regulation, as well as for the purpose of providing other services to you by the Controller – based on the consent you have given.
- The recipients of your personal data may include entities that provide services to the Controller — on the basis of data processing agreements.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
- Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the services provided to you by the Controller under the concluded contract.
- You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, and the right to data portability.
- For reasons related to your particular situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. Without giving a reason, you are also entitled to object when the data is used for direct marketing purposes.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time; however, this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the regulations.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, it is a condition for the Controller to provide services to you.
- Your data will be processed in an automated manner. Your data will not be processed for profiling purposes.
